One Accord Women's Apparel and Fine Art is located in the heart of downtown Sumter, South Carolina.  Our mission is to offer the ladies in our state and beyond beautiful ready to wear (RTW) and Special Occasion apparel.  We are intentional if offering designers who are making the world a better place through give back, grants, or ethically producing their products.
